CULTURE.ROOM:
At the end of the Black Berlin Biennale for Contemporary Art and Decolonial Discourse we are glad to present a platform for emerging artists at the Kunsthaus Kule. One of the last places in Berlin, where artistic intuition and experimental concepts can unfold freely and the new narratives of tomorrow are formed and consolidated.
Culture.Room is an intercultural network of artists, creatives and intellectuals. Out of this collection of creativity and knowledge we want to develop free spheres of artistic cooperation, intellectual discourse and aesthetic representation, where we can experience, share and cultivate the one thing which defines and transforms the space between us and where we can come together to truly understand each other. Culture.
In the spirit of this idea, we are honored to present the works of SĂ©rgio Ben MĂĄrio, Charlie Solis, Naima Nazir, Maya Schenk, Lars Deike and Luca Lang which fill this temporary space of equality and cultural exchange at the Kunsthaus Kule with their colorful compositions.
The exhibitions and performances at the Black Berlin Biennale merge and raise awareness to voice a new picture of society – promoting the visions of Post_Afrophobia in the Spirit of Afrofuturism ReLoaded.
Please note that the protective measures to contain the corona virus must be observed: Keep a distance of 1.5m and observe hygiene. Entry with mask only.
